The bulletproof cancellation method

Find the exact legal name + customer number
Use the Kündigungsbutton where it exists (screenshot the confirmation!) or send a dated letter: "Hiermit kündige ich meinen Vertrag [Nr.] fristgerecht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt. Bitte bestätigen Sie schriftlich." - that one sentence is the whole template
Proof matters: Einschreiben (registered letter) for high-stakes, email with read receipt acceptable since text-form reform
No confirmation within 2 weeks → follow up citing the original date - the burden is on them once you prove dispatch

Special termination rights (Sonderkündigungsrecht) - your early exits
